Description
The Curriculo Solutions Leading with Harmony, Purpose & Values Programme (HPV) offers training support for managers/leaders looking to take their leadership to the next level. The course consists of two workshops (Modules) and the overall aim is to help them to engage with leading research to raise their levels of leadership knowledge, raise self-awareness and inform their leadership practice. Ultimately, the program will produce personal insights that will act as a catalyst for re-invigorating or introducing the case for authentic leadership based on achieving harmony while delivering their organizations objectives and adhering to value sets. The program is designed to challenge delegates thinking about what they believe about leadership and what they currently do. The style of training is very much interactive and heavily interspersed with periods of directed and intensive critical reflection.
